These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Creased, including our mobile application, website, marketplace, authentication system, social features, messages, Crews, and any services provided by Creased.
By creating an account or accessing Creased, you agree to these Terms in full.
Creased is available to users 13 years of age or older. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To create and maintain an account, you must provide:
You agree to keep all information accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials. Creased is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify Creased immediately.
Each person may maintain only one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to avoid penalties, restrictions, or authentication strikes is prohibited.
User accounts are licensed, not sold. Accounts may not be:

Creased provides a platform that connects buyers and sellers. Creased itself is not the seller unless explicitly stated.

Creased uses Stripe for checkout and seller payouts. Seller proceeds go to the payout account connected to Creased after the required authentication, fulfillment, and payout-release checks.
If a payout processor is unavailable or imposes unreasonable delays, Creased will provide an alternative payout method as required by applicable state laws.
Creased is not responsible for:
Creased publishes one versioned fee schedule for the marketplace pilot. This page reads the current version live, and the app shows the same version at enrollment and checkout.
Purchases are open from enrolled pilot sellers. Sellers can enroll in the app now.
The pilot supports USD and domestic US delivery in supported states. Existing commitments keep their saved terms. Creased may pause enrollment or purchases while it reviews the pilot.
Under the current creator agreement, creator commissions on a qualifying purchase total at most 2% of the shoe price:
Documented legacy creator agreements remain honored as written. Certified Drop is dormant during the marketplace pilot.
Authentication protects buyers, sellers, the marketplace, and the Creased community. Every new pilot purchase must pass through Creased's authentication system. Existing orders follow their saved fulfillment route.

Failed authentication does not automatically create a seller fee. Creased records actual expenses and any separately approved recovery. The operations team communicates the return arrangements.
Any proposed recovery or item disposition requires a separate review and notice. Existing custody and return controls remain in place.
Creased is not responsible for storing abandoned items beyond the legally required periods.
Authentication decisions are final except through PDAR, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Creased's authentication process is the primary method of determining authenticity. Creased may, at its discretion, consider additional third-party information when required by law, but is not obligated to adopt outside opinions unless mandated by applicable regulations.

Creased's internal authentication records, AI logs, human authenticator notes, and chain-of-custody data remain the primary and controlling evidence in all PDAR cases.
Submission of third-party information does not guarantee a refund or overturning of an authentication decision. Creased retains the right to make the final determination unless applicable law requires otherwise.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that it automatically renews at the stated interval unless you cancel.
Creased publishes versioned commercial terms. The current version appears under Current Pilot Pricing in Section 3. Sellers must accept the displayed fee version before joining the pilot. New terms apply to future commitments; accepted offers and payments keep the terms saved when they were agreed. Users will be notified of subscription renewal terms as required by applicable laws.
Creased may suspend or ban users for:
Users will receive notice of enforcement actions when legally required. Users may have the right to appeal certain account actions under California or New York law.
Creased provides the platform AS IS, without warranties.
Creased does not guarantee:
Creased's maximum liability to any user is: $100 or the total fees paid to Creased by the user in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Users in California and New York retain all rights that cannot be waived under their state consumer protection laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. However, users residing in California or New York are also entitled to the protections of their home state's consumer protection laws to the extent those rights cannot be waived.
Disputes may be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona, except where applicable state law requires local venue or prohibits exclusive forum selection.
Users may opt out of arbitration and class-action waiver clauses (if implemented) within 30 days of creating an account by contacting legal@creasedapp.com
